just had the question of whether this is a bug or not.. but my ppol is lvl 10.... and it is suppose to upgrade at lvl 80... and im lvl 84.. and it hasnt..
didnt know if this is an in the works thing.. or if ive been screwed out of rewards for a few months because it hasnt lvled up.

It will upgrade once level cap will be raised to 90.
