Not sure if this question was already asked but since I started playing this game, I have never used or seen an option for Double Honor.
I know the description says available at the shop or sent to mail but i have never seen it in any shop or offered in any mail.
My question is, after all this time will it ever be used? and why have it displayed for this long if it was never used?
Not sure if it was used before my time or when the game was created and taken out
