HELP!!! i cant get myPAVENA level 4 prize

    HELP!!! i cant get myPAVENA level 4 prize

    the pavena experience bar is about to reach level 4 after the reset it still level 3 so i got the reward then after few hours of playing the level bar reach level 4 but i cant collect my level 4 prize.......

    character name Raiah
    server name verdant gully S149

    It should let you get it if the paveena leveld to 4.

          This happens to everyone I think - if you have collected the lower lvl you can't get the next lvl same day.

              I think u collected both but forgot that u collected lvl4 also .. when u collect two lvl rewards then the written "collected " is still written on the previous level ..
              Happened to me yesterday but i remeber i collected two times ..

                    I have the same problem here on the S64 Fire PLume Cage server. I did collect Paveena lvl 3 rewards this morning, in the afternoon we reached lvl 4 but i can't collect the reward.
                    There appears to be no button to collect, it shows only the text collected at lvl 3. Just like in the screenshot shown in the post from aryanne4.

                      You tried to refresh/clear cache and see again?
                      It's either that, or they found out about it and removed it.
                      If none work, you can submit a ticket.

                        and if i do where should i find or where can i file a ticket... thanks


                        ... i did everything refresh and all... but still i cant get level 4...

                        in any case that you can only collect 1 prize.. i should have had gotten level 4 but instead i only got level 3..

                            I dont think this is global, I was able to collect 2 levels worth of rewards on the same day
