    Problems with recharging payments

    Good day. I understand, that here's can be a lot of Threads like this.. But... 2 days ago I've send me a bill for 1k diamonds. 3 hours ago, had payed it from QIWI system. Money has send... The bill had status "completed", BUT NO DIAMONDS got!
    server 08 Captive Amore, Nick Bonta. Tried to connect with support, but they're quiet...
    Want to know - Can I get my diamond and compensation, cos of lost hot events, during paveena?

    A little hint : If your ticket is somehow being " ignored " we are here to help.
    A small thread with the ticket number is all that a mod needs in order for the player's issue to be fixed.
    Now, can I have the ticket number please?

            Ticket number is made from 6 numbers, please send that to me, not the order history.
            That you need to put on your ticket and our team will investigate it.

              6 numbers?
              I see: "Номер заказа (Number of Order) UltimatePay: 887-1317-664214"
              It's some kind of 6 number after "-"
              sorry for annoying, but this problem was crashed my plans and i'm disapointed and little bit angry.
              I've get the e-mail from ultimatePay, that transaction was done. And information in history, that order complete.

                It's not my problem if you lost or not, payments should not be made within last few minutes/half hour if you know it takes time to process.
                I'm here to help get your problem solved, if you will get or not a compensation for it, that doesn't concern me.
                I'll ask again, ticket number.

                  I think he doesn't get what ticket number is.... He is looking at his order, not at all the response for his ticket(if he filed one at all).

                  So ticket number you get when you file a ticket to support and it comes in your mail box. Looks like this: Click image for larger version Name: ticket.jpg Views: 1 Size: 96.4 KB ID: 1706994. Hope that helps thing to be resolved faster.

                    aAaaa.... Undrestend... sorry.. You're talking about ticket to support... Can't see the number of ticket in ticket-history. But I see, that the've once answeared. And I send scrins. And discribe all, what have happend Thanks for this help.
