Time Sensitive Issue with Cross server tourney

Any way a GM will want to champion our plee for getting our cross server tourneys fixed before we lose out on the tourney this month (my second month in a row) from the blank people to fight issue when the tourney is going on??

Would love to see if a GM could bring our tickets to someone who can fix ASAP.
