Missing Character & Ticket Failure

I logged out of my account today and I haven't been able to find my character in order to log back in. I submitted a ticket, but I never received a confirmation email with instructions on what to do next. My email is correct, so this is not the problem. I don't know how to get my missing character problem resolved if I can't even get my support ticket confirmed. What to do, what to do?
