Well things are simple , this Group Buy history during Cross Server Tycoon is broken ... I filed a ticket and the answer was awesome like the one that answered didn't even read what I wrote, even sent screen shots didn't help , if someone else encountered the same problem say maybe it will be done something.

Please be aware that Aureus expenditures is not counted for the computation of settlements.
Ex. Initial Prize of item#1 was 500 diamonds, and its final prize is 250 diamonds,
You bought 10 pcs of item#1 which has currently 40% discount during that time, that makes it 300 diamonds for each item, however, instead of using 300 diamonds per item, you used 100 diamonds + 200 Aureus,
Since, Aureus is not counted for the computation,
100 diamonds* 10 pcs of item#1 = 1000 diamonds
then the final prize of the total items you bought is equal to 2500 diamonds,
2500 is greater than 1000 diamonds, so it means that you were not qualified to get a settlement, since according to the rule, you will only get a settlement once you bought an item at higher price than the final prize.

And if I am not wrong 1 Spring of Wisdom = 5 tycoon points which mean I should have at least 4000 points for that.

... but heir answer was awesome , I bought just gemology cards ... so I should take those diamonds back at settlement , and a lot from my server bought those things when they didn't ... I remember at some point in first day Group buy got few things reset ... and instead of advance gemology card it recorded I got spring of wisdom ... so now I can't get my diamonds back ...
