Got heaven hunter crest from Hoc but when i go to recruit it says that i dont own it.anyone else with same problem?

well you don't recruit Heaven Hunter, its an evolve for Astral Hunter.
If you have Astral Hunter click the evolve icon on his character page, you probably need to have him trained to Red using Soulstones first for evolve.
If you do not own Astral Hunter then you need to get his icon and recruit him, then train it and then evolve it. -
