Tried to clear cache and cookies, use different browser or try different server and see if it's the same ?

whole server have same issue, diff browsers tryed cache cookies all cleared doesnt workComment

well i guess my whole server is penalized by this not able to pick any hot event rewards so we probably cant even reach 110-120k tycoon points wich is usualy easy
instead we have around 30k+ points we barely have 12-15k points atm

gets her still in grip since yesterday everything is black at Hot Events and yes I have tried other browser and caches and cookies are deleted

yesterday we have empty hot events lost all rewards from it so roughly 30k points in tycoon, today i hoped for fix so we can catch atleast minimal with consuming, spending, wheel bonus,
explore gem enchantment
BUT its weekend and seems we completly lost and knowing how compensations goes we dont need 100 voucher compensation i expect atleast monthly card for it if not something even better
i better stop dreaming knowing how bad support is
