Character won't level up

Hello,I am stuck at level 60 for 6 hours now. My exp bar is full,I got 50k exp more than needed for me to level up. I have encountered the bug with leveling before,but at least astral icon would glow. The bug would usually disappear if I refreshed the page,but seems like it's not the case here. I even had a friend log on from her PC and I am still level 60,so I doubt clearing cache and cookies will help. Any ideas?

can you try clearing your cache and cookies, then refreshing your browser? If the problem persists please reply back with a screenshot with the amount of exp.
