    Client Crashes

    Server: S118 (ub38)
    Name: Ainue
    Problem: Client crashes
    Description:
    Client Crashes (black screen) randomly, happened 4-5times during Demon War, 3-4times during Gauntlet, 3-4 times trying to read the emails sent after gauntlet, 1-2times after logged in and moved around. Basicly, do anything and the client crashed. Refreshing doesnt work when it crashed, must close and restart client

    Hello. Client got lots of issues lately and, apparently, it is not reliable anymore, not for the time being. An alternative would be to switch to a browser and try to play game from there. In case you still want to play from client, please try to uninstall it first, follow the initial check steps on your machine (clean/clear/reboot/flush DNS, etc), check and update flashplayer, download the last client version and reinstall it.
    REQUIRED INFO: Don't forget to provide your IGN, server name & number and screenshots for the issues & problems experienced. Recharge issues will require your transaction ID. Screenshots provided must be uncropped and timestamped.
