2017 L3 Gratitude Weapon Exchange problem/bug

I exchanged a L3 Gratitude Staff into a L3 Gratitude dagger to replace the regular L3 dagger that Celestial has on her at the moment. However, it doesn't allow me to equip it on her because it kept the original weapon description (never changed during exchange process)

I also tried to exchange it back to original weapon and the image did not change back into L3 Gratitude Staff, however the description remained.

Anyhow, something wrong with the exchange process. Spent 60 purifying souls I purchased from Happy Sea.
