Where is the banner??

Hello,
I won Wheel of Luck and should have an Epic banner, but I cannot find it :-(
When I collected it from WoL, I had it in my Inventory. I opened it and it's nowhere to be found...
I refreshed the game to see if the banner shows but, but it just isn't there
