CS tycoon Prize: evolve Garuda is bugged - round skill

Hello,


Just evolved my Lord Skyscream to Garuda and noticed that his round skill fails to trigger at the start of the battle.

Please take a look at Screencast recording.

My Sky should be triggering before his but it didn't and I did 5 battles and got the same results.
