  • Craft Master - Point Rankings Not Working

    Server S213 City of Gallows


    I am competing for first place in Craft Master, but my point totals aren't adding up in the overall. I have screen shots of my point total from yesterday and today, as well as the overall point totals not adding up. I should be in first place, but it isn't showing my points from yesterday, only today. Can someone please help?! It only seems to be affecting me and 1 other player. Totals are adding up for others.

      Good morning. Issue forwarded and reported. I would suggest you to also submit a ticket to support, following this link: https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=...&ticket_type=7 . Give there all details and requested data, attach the screenshots you took. Thank you.

          Good morning. Please go and check your mail (the one you used to submit the ticket) and answer the ticket they have already replied there. Follow the instructions they gave and provide the details they have asked for. Thank you.

            I have been waiting for a response. I checked the email i gave them, which is my work and is on me constantly, I have not received an email response. Is there a way you can direct me to it?!
