there is no where in there to collect our diamond winnings from bets placed what now

Good morning. I think you already know there is needed your data (IGN, server name and number) and a screenshot at least, to show and evidence the issue you are facing. Thank you. Waiting for you to come with requested details.
Also, for being unable to collect the diamonds, I would suggest you to submit a ticket to support, following the instructions there and giving the requested details and screenshots, as well.
