IP address banned from forums

A guild member has had her ip address banned and cannot access forums. She and I would appreciate any help.

i am also having problems regarding logging on to my game,it didnt allow me to stay longer and everytime i try to enter my game,it always says"unable to resolve dns address",please help me with this matter,my platform facebook cant even let me enter my game,i can say that im partially banned i think to enter my game,please try to help me in this problem,i am at facebook platform,server 5 (mornwind gorge),league of angels game
