chests from TT not opening

My team went to cross-server and we got several victory, and participation chests and they wont open. I've refreshed and still wont open.

Because the TT is not over yet. More battles tomorrow.

The chests say "operation too fast" we've already recieved them in the mail and cannot open them in our inventory.
