Resource Tycoon bugged?

hi, i just wanne grab my resource tycoon rewards but i cant collect some of the total prises, i reach the points for everything including the tycoon prise, the point to reach are 25000 i got 35000 but im bot able to collect it

for final price you need 52k points as stated in event announce

mhh i dont think that is true because i get the final price for gems and there i only have the required points and not the 6 k
