Wyrm race loading bug

Hi
for 3 weeks i cannot loading to the wyrm race. I froze by 100% loading window and no happend. All other part of game work fine for me. I use Google chrome. If i start playing wyrm race on internet exploler is working. But i want use chrome. Any idea what happend?

ever tried to clear all your cache??
-> ctrl+shift+del, check only "Cached images and files" and set the timeline "From the beginning".

if those didn't work, please disable any add-ons or plugin installed.
