Team Tournament Knock Out Rewards Cant Collect!

Hmmm correct me if im wrong but on server S16-S19 (UA1) team tournament finished knockout rounds 22.00pm server time yesterday thats a little over 4 hours ago in my server. an it stats we can't collect rewards 2 hours after now im unable to collect them yet they are highlighted to collect an when i try it says unable to collect rewards. any info would be great thanks. ingame name hotdog

I dont know how is going on ur servers, but in ours today is also a knockout round day. I think after the finals we will get our rewards.
