Mothers day event reward not recieved

I did not receive a code for the gold we get for participating in the mother's day event. Also a friend from my server also did not get his reward either. We both checked our forum inbox but no message. This is a lot of hassle just for 2.5 million gold.

UPDATE: Just talked to my friend Divine he apparently received his reward through ingame mail. I have yet to receive mine though.
