Archer skill Bug

In Team Arena battles archer skill not working.. please fix it .....
here you can see my character not triggering skill with maximum range.. server S181

I'm not sure, it currently works on s185 perfectly

For me none of the skill works in TA. And its the same for all the archers i met inthere.

same on s184 we cant use spells in TA only full rage whole fight...... we demand fix and compenzations its now 3 days
and it happens only in team arena
