Diamonds in Angel Treasure Box

I recharge some diamonds to purchase an angel treasure box, first that i have problem with the diamonds, but after several refreshes its purchased. but when i want to activate the treasure box, it keep saying that i have insufficient diamonds till the period to activate is over and i got nothing. please help.
