i hve a lvl 43 archer for the past 2 days i hve been unable to even do a cross server bene sitting here for 10 hrs and cd goes dwn and i strt again and still crnt gt in

Level 43 archer on s44 and having the same problem trying to get into cs and it times out.

same problem with lvl 45 ranger. Also freeze arrow doesnt freeze.

I had no problem getting in after I reached lv45. Odds of Frozen Arrow freezing a target is 24%, but yea regardless of that...it don't freeze.
