S175 Cross Server War Bugged From The Opening of server

many of us have report with screenshot, but the problem not solved till now.

- Can't collect bonus after cross server war
- cross server war begin at 19.00 server time (S175 ocean server???????????)


Development open new server every 2 days, but not concern with fixing the containing bug.

ALWAYS OPENING NEW SERVER JUST FOR COLLECTING MONEY FROM NEW PLAYER, FIX THE BUG. THE PROBLEM FROM THE OPENING SERVER TILL NOW. HOW LONG IT WAS?
