Angel Inherit Bug - Angel level may not exceed Player level

Details: Game does not allow me to inherit my Lvl 60 Boadicea over to a Lvl 60 Nyssa as it pushes Nyssa's level to 69 and I am only 66 at this point of time. I understand that this is supposedly a bug and that you are only able to level angels past your current level via 1-clicking Angel Tears. As such, I am hoping for either a fix for this issue or a viable solution for this problem.

Do you mean that you can't even 1-click the Angel Tears past your current level anymore?
