Quite a few of us from S187 are having the same problem. We are unable to collect our 22:00 prizes. And yes, we did qualify for them.

I believe so, happen in S102 and S150 too. And look at the 22:00 rank list, no one listed.

Yep also saw that thing with all the daily rank reward boards that you mentioned...even total tycoon (which has nothing to do with me at this point - for the latter).
