i bought a 25 doller card and and bought 2k diamonds and 500 diamonds got the 2k but didnt get the 500 why not?

go to the r2games homepage and check your order history
if it shows 500 diamonds recharge as order complete, copy the order number and submit a support ticket explaining it hasn't been credited to your account and quote the order number and they will manually credit your account
