Retrieving Reward in Team Tournament Knockout

Hi please help me to retrieve my reward. Because when i clicked the check box all under mail then i press collect afterwards i clicked delete. but when i went to my inventory the reward was nowhere to be seen.

We wont be able to retrieve the mail if its deleted, you should have rechecked it one before deleting.

whenever i retrieve rewards from mail i always do that and that was the first time i encountered that problem. in the first place, why wouldn't that be in my inventory that is the reason why the "collect" is put it to collect/retrieve items from mail.

Open a ticket with the all details and screenshots, they will check it and send.
