cannot login through my account

Can anyone tell me why i cannot log in with my account name and password? i can only do that via facebook..my account doesn't seem to be working...

Well i can't get on to the game at all have been like this for hours and hours.

Just get black screen with the top part showing.

getting ether black screen or taking 30 mins to load and when finally on can't really do anything cause it takes 10 mins for a simple arena
