game wont load my hero

everytime I sign in on a different computer with facebook and this time I did the same
I have vip4 status and a level 34 mage and my BR is somewhere close to 20000ish but this time it started me back off at the beginning with no vip
how do I recover my account? any suggestions?

Make sure you have logged into the correct server
