Missing Raider's chests

In Raiders when the synth was completed for my Adv. Soulstone Set and Adv. Bless Stone set, i collected it but the chests didn't appear in my inventory. i tried refreshing my browser but that didn't work. i don't have a screenshot or anything cause it seems utterly impossible to capture that moment when i had no idea it was going to happen.

Players can still raid you shards even after its synthed. So when you try to collect it if one of the shards was stolen. You wont get the chest.
