I didnt get my Beach Treasure rewards and i lost my points

When the merge happened, my Beach treasure rewards and points were all lost. Can someone help me regain them? any GM's? 'coz my friend Raven got his Compensation and i got nothing.. (maybe coz he reported already). Help pls.. those rewards and points are big help to non-spender like me :") pls help :")
