cant log in

i cant log in to the server.. S1 nocturna.. ive been refreshing and everything.. i used different laptops and PC it keeps saying cant resolved DNS adress... its been an hour i keep refreshing it.. i also tried to clear all the cookies... still not working... help me fix this isues please....
