i already try to change dns and it still not work queen,
but thanks for the advice.

this is my id iceshardz that i try to open just now but still as usual, black screen after polly loading page.
then i log off
log in to my another id oathblade, still in the same game and the same server, using the same notebook

as u can see here, that i can log in, and this pic is showing my iceshardz character on the CoM rank
so i still believe this is not related to my program or my notebook
but it has something to do with the server or idk
i just hope it get fix soon
