Upgrading 60 Gear to Mythical Question

If I upgrade my gear to mythical 60... is there a way to upgrade it later to legendary/mythical 70? I don't want to have to waste time making another set if this is not the case.

Yes but it will cost 30 Divine right. You can see it when you go to Forge -> Synth -> Equipement -> level 70 mythic set.
