VIP Cancellation for the 3rd time!

This will be the third time I have submitted a ticket and the second time I have posted about this. Now cancel my friggin' VIP status or I will be forced to take legal action!

You can cancel it manually by going to r2games.com 'My R2' tab. Under vip state click on cancel vip

When I go there, there is no cancel vip option... there are no games listed under games. I only play the game via facebook.
