Guild Boss bugs

hye GMs
me and guild mate are doing guildboss events.but all of us are facing this bugs. (see the picture )

have to wait for 30 minute. not like usual. and there is no others members showing.



pls fix GMs

just lost 500 vouchr. its said guild boss seal has not been broken

before this its never happen. so i dont know. if its me alone having that issue..maybe its my network.but all 4 player that enter the guild boss having same problems. we wait for 30 minute then when its start its gave us that note. so after that we not trying to enter it anymore.

by the way sir Edge thanks for fast reply, and you can see the 2nd picture. if i didn't break the seal how can i enter the guild boss? that picture shows me inside guildboss events. so its mean i do break the seal for 500 voucher. i dont ask any refunds or anything, but pls check it. if its bugs..pls fixed it and if not... im so sorry just report it.
