Recharged where are diamonds

Ok I just had this problem too and it's never happened before...I recharged for 10,000 diamonds, (s232 Blood Reef) Last Crusade is name.. I am logged in thru the LoA site http://loa.r2games.com/# and paid thru Skrill it's already charge my card $99.99 US and been 10 minutes and haven't seen a thing... where's my diamonds??????

Hi, you need to file a ticket to billing but sometimes it can take a bit more than 10 minutes. You should allow at least an hour.
