You can create tier 1 heroic gear through material from abyss shop and tarot shop.

ya u can snyth gear form Erebus shards use rights for royal gear then rights to teir 1 heroic then royal marks for teir 2 heroic

i dont want to create.i want to sell i have heroic gear to all my heroes n about 10 spare

maybe someone can answer my question i have been told if you have all heroic gear and each piece is the same level you get a set bonus is this true?
