Guild Feast requirements

Just a quick question on guild feasts, I asked on server and was met with silence - lol.
Also tried to search forums thinking it must be here somewhere but search didn't find it.

So Guild feasts are 3,5 and 7 seater. Does every seat need to be filled to host each of these feasts?

If they do not need filling what is the minimum number of people to start each feast?

All seats has to be full to start. And you have to be Vip to host one. I think .

3 players is the minimum and vip is required.
