Unbreakable Bond: Evolution

I already saw it in the previous Group Buy Event the one you call Faint Light Hint and the Cold Light Hint. I read it in the description that it is used to evolve something in the Unbreakable Bond. Any idea where and how to use it there? I can't see it in the Unbreakable Bond so there might be some specifications where to do it. Any answer will help. With illustrations, better. Thanks in advance for answering.

The Lights are used for breakthrough when you a bond reach a certain lvl. So you just wait for that lvl to come and it will ask you for them.
