how do you get 75 start rage without Totem?

So our server has no level 60 people yet.

On last Domination the two finalists entire party started with 75 rage, I am at a loss to work out how this is.

Neither player has a Rage Emblem.

So they should get 25 start rage +25 Rage from 6 piece set bonus = 50 total.

I am not accusing these guys of cheating btw, I am obviously unaware of some aspect of game that gives 25 rage and would like to find out what this is.
Can anyone help?

Angel artifacts are level 70 to unlock though aren't they?
As I said no-one on server is level 60 yet.

Do any Angels give starting rage/any fairies give starting rage?

Players start battle with 50 rage plus 25 from set bonus. For example, if you are a mage and used shock therapy the only way is 75 rage plus rage emblem for 100 rage to use skill on turn 1.

Shock therapy requires 100 rage. This is before level 60 without using rage totems.
