How to exchange L62 Hodurs Bow to Baldrs Staff without losing the L62 status

How can I exchange L62 Hodurs Bow to Baldrs Staff and keep the same L62. I have a Hunter and have recruited a Mage.

Un-equipt the bow, then go to exchange, Equipt and it should be shown as option in there . So it will be exchange on exact same stats. Without any loss.
