i know when a target angel's number of stars is lower than the source angels, the target angel will inherit, when a target angel's number of stars is higher than the source angel's, the target angel's number of stars will not change. but what if a 3 star angel is inherting from a 3 star angel, will the target's number of stars be higher or same?
