no wen she is not doing any hack...
there is event which is giving exp cards for players below 70 level
those exp cards boosts exp for any char to reach level 70 (provided they are 40+ level)
check last tab in Hot Event.

this is due to new exp cards from Hot Event (last tab)
all characters below lvl 70 got exp chars to get to lvl 70.
