Where can I get or buy dragon wings print?

Hello there, sorry for late reply. I believe that you do not have any specific place to buy those prints, for now. They released the shards, in some events (Craft Master, I think) and there was some very specific HE events where those prints appeared, some very long time ago. So, pretty much, now, to synth golden armament using shards + prints ... it's not an option
