[Patch Notes] League of Angels Version Update 1/11: Some Improvements

Improvement:
1. Totems and Angel Artifacts can be upgrade to lvl. 150.
2. Add more levels for Khaos Cards. (There will now be 15 levels with 10 stars, instead of 10 levels).
3. Fairy Shards and Summon Rocks can be used to upgrade stats in Unbreakable Bond for fairies.
4. Higher level Armament Crystals can be synthesized from lower level Crystals.
5. More items are added in X-server Silver War shop.
