I want to download mini-client but I don't see the icon download mini-client , how to install it ????

It never got released. Typical of R2games. they Announce it but even a YEAR after the announcement it still haven't been released

You can download the client on s1 and s2 servers after you reach lvl 15 and up. It has been out for a long time.

miniclient is just a spawn of your browser, its not better than playing from browser...

Well they will more or less break each other. So its prefered to use 1 mini client for r2 or gta arcade and then browser to play on other server. Else the mini client may just go not responding if you have client for r2 and gta LoA.
